With a background in the medical and commercial sectors, I established GMH Solutions independently in 2016.

The electrical industry is interesting and dynamic, with changes in safety, legislation, and new technologies being brought to the market constantly. I love adapting and working with technology-based solutions to solve problems, and designing and delivering innovative systems that provide the ultimate outcome of sustainability.

In life, I am driven to be the very best I can be. I work hard to excel and create an extraordinary life for myself and those around me. As a person, I want to continually learn, grow, develop and be better in every aspect of life. I strive to bring this vision and energy into the business so we can provide amazing solutions and personalised service to all our valued customers and continue to grow together.

Andressa (Anna) Hamill
Assistive Technology

The latest addition to our team is Andressa, she has Diploma of Business, Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping and has recently completed her Certificate III in Individualised Support with excellency. Andressa had also completed training with the CARETEQ products and has spent a significant amount of time using and demonstrating all that the range has to offer.

Andressa is passionate about helping people and making sure they get the support they need, whether it’s in person or through assistive technologies. She brings a vibrant, energetic, and gentle touch to the business and is looking forward to helping make a difference to people's lives by providing the perfect assistive technologies.

Teagan Sandiman
Office Manager

Teagan joined the GMH Solutions Team in May 2021 as the Office Manager and Senior Office Administrator. Teagan is originally from Mildura (Mallee Area) in Victoria, where she began her career in the administrative field and has continued the love for all aspects of administration for over 12 years.

In 2012, Teagan relocated to Perth, WA and began a role as a Service Co-ordinator for an Air-conditioning company. This role allowed Teagan to learn to think fast on her feet and to problem solve with thinking outside of the box, while gaining a high level of communication and the chance to expand on her computer software knowledge

At GMH Solutions, Teagan not only handles the day-to-day office administrative duties with the assistance of our software management system (SimPRO) she is also responsible for making the office run smoothly by frequently interacting with clients, answering general phone calls and emails so that the management and field team can focus on our current and expanding client database and works schedule.

Teagan is also in charge of the accounting department, including invoicing, accounts payable and accounts receivable. Her attention to detail being second to none. Along with these roles Teagan helps with the onboarding of new team members from first day inductions to implementing works procedures and policies.

GMH Solutions highly encourages personal growth and helped Teagan to recently sign up to the Diploma of Business course.
